Office Staff:
Colorado Recovery Bureau is a Full RDN user for the convenience of our clients on RDN. We have professional office staff that handle all updates in a timely manner by phone, fax, email or individual client database. The staff also handles invoicing, scheduling transporter’s pick up orders and dispatching or re-routing agents for urgent calls. Colorado Recovery Bureau has an after hours number for urgent situations. The after hours line is available 24 hours a day.

Field Agents:
We have ten Field Agents that have been personally trained by CRB owner David S.

David started in the repossession business over 20 years ago. He is not just the owner, but he also works in the field with the agents and in the office! He works with the entire staff to insure that someone is always available to the clients to meet their needs.

Field agents work in teams to insure safety at all times. They are dressed in casual but professional CRB attire. They have name badges so everyone they speak to can see their name. We assure that your customers are treated politely and fairly throughout the repossession process.

If we are unable make contact upon repossession to obtain the keys for your collateral, we will leave a card for the customer to contact us. All personal effects are bagged and tagged and held for 30 days in our secure office for your customer to claim. We make every attempt to trade personals for keys before the unit goes to the auction so a key does not need to be made for the collateral.

Coverage Outside Colorado:
In order to better service our client’s needs, in 2009, we opened an office in Farmington, New Mexico.
 
Our New Mexico manager and comes to us with 17 years of experience - offering standard repossessions and specializing in Indian Reservation Repossessions. Our manager is pre-approved by the Navajo Tribal Council to talk to your customer - legally. No need to go to tribal office first. Centrally located to the four corners area of New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona and Utah - we offer services within a 200 mile radius of our New Mexico office. We do what others can't.
